Guided-missile destroyer USS Mitscher (DDG 57) pulls into Naval Station Norfolk after a six-month deployment in support of Partnership of the Americas (POA). The Partnership is designed to support U.S. Southern Command responsibilities by focusing on enhancing relationships with regional partner nations through a verity of exercises both at sea and ashore throughout South America and the Caribbean.
