"Leadership is about experience," said Lt. Gen. Francis L. Wiercynski, who was the keynote speaker at the High Reliability Organization Summit for Tripler Army Medical Center leaders. The event was held on Nov. 14 and 15 at Ft. Shafter Flats and focused on promoting robust performance improvement and processes such as A3 problem solving and the Lean methodology. The summit was made possible by the preparation of the patient safety office and performance improvement coordinator, Suane Crete. The fourth and final summit will be held in February 2020.
