Sailors from guided-missile destroyer USS Lassen (DDG 82), mine warfare ship USS Patriot (MCM 7) and the Russian Federated Navy (RFN) participate in a ceremony to commemorate those who gave their lives during World War II, Sept. 25, in Vladivostok, Russia. Patriot and Lassen are in Russia to participate in Pacific Eagle, a bilateral exercise between the RFN and U.S. Navy to advance the level of understanding between our sailors and continue the strong relationship between our nations.
