Navy Service Support Advanced Training Command (NSSATC) held their first official change of command ceremony at Shifting Sands Beach Club, Dam Neck Annex. NSSATC was established March 4, 2019 and has 10 globally dispersed sites. Center for Service Support Commanding Officer, Capt. Troy, held a unique position with being dual-hatted as the Echelon III and IV commanding officer.
