A Sailor attached to the multi-purpose amphibious assault ship USS WASP (LHD 1), talks with a citizen of Puerto Cabezas, Nicaragua, as much needed supplies and water are offloaded from an MH-60S Seahawk helicopter, Sept. 7. U.S. Southern Command diverted Wasp from an international maritime exercise in Panama to the coast of Nicaragua on Sept. 5, to assist with disaster relief efforts in areas affected by Hurricane Felix.
