The 104th Fighter Wing employs a full time director of psychological health, Michelle Pennington. "It is true that everyone experiences stressful situations during their lives", said Pennington. "Society can make us feel like we just have to deal with it. But when you are "stressed out", it can make daily activities difficult, interfere with work performance and place strain on your relationships. Prolonged or chronic stress can make you feel physically ill, anxious, depressed and contribute to diabetes, obesity heart disease and insomnia." Find out if you are suffering from stress & what you can do about it.
