BG Phillips, USAREUR CIO/G6, hosted an All Things Europe Signal ROC Drill at
Rhine Ordnance Barracks on 24-25 October 2019. The intent of the ROC Drill
was to review signal responsibilities and tasks, and identify critical
capability gaps and points of friction that impact support to all
warfighting functions. MG Barrett, NETCOM CG, attended as well as
representatives from EUCOM, FORSCOM, ARCYBER, DISA, CIO-G6, 21st TSC, 7th
ATC, 1ID HQ(Fwd), 10th AAMDC, and 2d TSB .
