Michael Haynie, the Vice Chancellor of Syracuse University conducts an orientation for members of the USASMA Fellowship, who will be working towards a master’s degree in Instructional Design, Development, and Evaluation. Upon graduation the Syracuse fellows will become future instructors/facilitators for the Sergeants Major Course.
