CMSgt Stephen Larson conducts the U.S. National Anthem with the Mongolian Armed Forces Band, stationed in Darkhan for the PAC Angel 19-3 closing ceremony. The PAC Angel band itself was also comprised of members from the Band of the Pacific, embracing military interoperability with Mongolian service members.
