ADD-E staff provided Col. Andrew Batten, left, with the Army Futures Command Future Vertical Lift Cross-Functional Team, and Col. Richard Coyle, second from right, with Army Futures Command, with an organizational overview and capabilities tour. The ADD-E machine shop, pictured, is where machinists are able to import the computer-aided designs and program the variety of computer numerical control machines to fabricate parts to enable ADD-E to integrate emerging technologies onto Army Aviation aerial platforms.
