Maj. Gen. Robert “Abe” Abrams, 3rd Infantry Division commander, addresses Lt. Gen. Howard Bromberg, FORSCOM deputy commanding general, and Lt. Gen. Mike Ferriter, IMCOM commander and assistant chief of staff for installation management, May 16, during a joint FORSCOM and IMCOM Installation Management Mini-Rehearsal of Concept Drill held on Fort Stewart, Ga. The daylong conference was the second of three slated drills designed to propagate dialogue among senior division and installation commanders and focused on assessing the impacts of and developing mitigating strategies for planned installation management resource reductions.
