Scott “Intake” Kartvedt, a native of Colorado Springs, Colorado, speaks with Sailors, Marines and members of the Golden Gate Breakfast Club during San Francisco Fleet Week (SFFW) 2019. SFFW provides an opportunity for the Marine Corps and Navy to demonstrate the quality of personnel to the citizens of San Francisco and surrounding areas. Through fleet weeks, the military gains the opportunity to educate area leaders and the general public about the Marine Corps and Navy.
