Idaho Army National Guard Master Fitness Trainer Staff Sgt. Esteban Gonzalez, demonstrates the new Army Combat Fitness Test to Soldiers of the Joint Force Headquarters on Gowen Field, Aug. 3. As the Army introduces the new test into its ranks in October, MFTs are available to assist Soldiers and units through the transition by providing demonstrations on the six events in addition to training plans, personal training and certification of graders.
