To pay tribute to Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy, Benelux community members participated in the Murph Challenge June 2, 2019, at the Chièvres Fitness Center on Chièvres Air Base, Belgium. The challenge included an intense workout of running, push-ups, pullups and squats performed through CrossFit training techniques.
