    FORT BENNING, Ga. – From left, Brig. Gen. Patrick D. Frank, commanding general of the Joint Readiness Training Center and Fort Polk; Col. Joseph E. Hosted the Maneuver Center of Excellence, the conference runs Sept. 10-12 and brings together key military professionals to explore issues, ideas and trends related to the Army’s maneuver force.
