    New customer service tool making its mark at Fort Lee

    Second Lieutenant Alejandro Trejo makes customer service comments using an Interactive Customer Evaluation tablet while his wife, Miriam, and son, Alejandro Jr., look on at the Soldier Support Center’s Identification Card Office Aug. 28. The tablet will eventually replace ICE kiosks as a more efficient means to provide customer service feedback.
