Members of Combined Security Transition Command - Afghanistan's Security Assistance Office received, inventoried and transferred rifles and ammunition to representatives from the Afghan National Army this week at Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul. The transfer is part of SAO's Foreign Military Sales process.
This delivery demonstrates the ongoing Resolute Support Mission commitment to providing the tools necessary for the Afghan National Defense Security Forces to improve security throughout Afghanistan.
