An Irish Guardsmen, from the 1st Battalion Irish Guardsmen, loads a .338 round into a magazine for the L115A3 bolt-action sniper rifle, during a live-fire long distance range at the Orpholo Training Area during exercise Agile Spirit 19 August 3, 2019. Occurring July 27 through August 9, 2019, the brigade-level exercise incorporates a command post exercise, field training exercise and live-fires.
