Philippines Air Force Airman 2nd Class Erick G. Legaspi, mason and heavy equipment operator, Puerto Princesa, Palawan, Republic of the Philippines, and U.S. Army Spc. James Jusi, interior electrician, 643rd Engineer Company, 84th Engineer Battalion, 130th Engineer Brigade, 8th Theater Sustainment Command work together while building classrooms at Kandis Elementary School, Puerto Princesa, Palawan, Republic of the Philippines, April 9, 2012 during Exercise Balikatan 2012. This is one of five engineering civic assistance projects being completed during the exercise as well as free medical, dental and veterinary civic assistance that builds both nations humanitarian civic assistance capabilities.
