Gas Turbine System Technician (Mechanical) 1st Class Thomas Peterson heaves a pie in to the face of Chief Aviation Boatswain Mate (Equipment) Andrew Thomasson during Naval Air Facility Misawa's "Pie in the Face" fundraiser for Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society, April 6, 2012. More than $900 was raised for the non-profit organization, which assists sailors and Marines in need. Altogether, Naval Air Facility Misawa and its 13 tenant commands exceeded its goal and raised more than $34,000.
