Senior Airman Norman Parks, 377th Civil Engineer Squadron explosive ordnance disposal technician, receives the May Diamond Sharp award from Master Sgt. Jason Meuse, 377th Mission Support Group first sergeant, at Kirtland Air Force Base, N.M., June 19, 2019. Parks used existing spare parts to create a new attachments for the EOD robots, and the new attachment has been implemented throughout the Air Force.
