Arcuri and other congressmen took time out to meet with deployed Soldiers from their state while touring the Middle East. Lacks is a South Boston, Va., native while Smith hails from Chesterfield, Va. Both Soldiers are deployed as a part of the 1st Sustainment Command (Theater), supporting U.S. Third Army in Operation Iraqi Freedom from Kuwait.
