YOKOSUKA, Japan (June 13, 2019) – A Sailor displays U.S. Fleet Activities Yokosuka’s (CFAY) first command patch for Navy Working Uniform III (NWU III), June 13. NAVADMIN 075/19 issued on Mar. 25 stated that Sailors could wear an embroidered command patch upon the approval of the unit commanding officer. CFAY provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and more than 27,000 military and civilian personnel and their families.
