Coast Guard Air Station Borinquen receives new Commanding Officer in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico

Capt. Tina J. Peña relieves Capt. Keith Overstreet, as the new commanding officer of Air Station Borinquen during a change of command ceremony held at the unit June, 7, 2019. Capt. Peña assumes command of approximately 75 Coastguardsmen and civilians, who along with the unit’s four MH-65D Dolphin helicopters, conduct search and rescue, law enforcement, homeland security, marine environmental protection, alien migrant interdiction, and counterdrug missions throughout the Eastern Caribbean area of responsibility, including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
