CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - A plane captain secures a T-44C Pegasus returning from a training flight on the Naval Air Station Corpus Christi flightline on May 20. Maritime and advanced tilt-rotor training is conducted in the T-44C at Training Squadron 31 and 35 in Training Air Wing Four. This pipeline provides foundational training for student Navy, Marine and Coast Guard aviators selected to fill fleet seats in the P-3C Orion, P-8 Poseidon, C-130 Hercules, and others.
