Chief Equipment Operator Robert Watkins (far left) is serving as the Liaison Navy Officer to the Army Battalion and the other Seabees (left to right) CUCS John Utess, Cmdr. Jeromy Pitmann, and Lt. Michael G. Brown, are part of the command and control element.
