Chief Equipment Operator Robert Watkins (far left) is serving as the Liaison Navy Officer to the Army Battalion and the other Seabees (left to right) CUCS John Utess, Cmdr. Jeromy Pitmann, and Lt. Michael G. Brown, are part of the command and control element. The service members are participating in exercise Resolute Castle 19, a U.S. Army Europe led, multinational, joint exercise which marries U.S. Army Reserve and National Guard, as well as allied and partner nation engineering unit training opportunities with the completion of tangible construction projects that enhance training capabilities in various areas of NATO’s eastern member states.
