U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Jesse A. Soboleski recently deployed as SOUTHCOM Deputy Director of Personnel Recovery at JTF-Bravo, Soto Cano AB, Honduras. Soboleski plans/executes personnel recovery ops for over 10K joint warfighters and other US agencies. He also trained & advised 51 High Risk of Isolation aviators and enabled new flexible recovery options in the absence of significant American military presence.
