During the two-day visit, his first to the ROK since taking command of U.S. Pacific Fleet in January, Haney met with senior ROK Armed Forces and U.S. military leaders, the U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of Korea and members of the Embassy staff, and toured military facilities.
