(April 11, 2019) Boatswain's Mate 1st Class, Chase Pope, assigned to the guided-missile destroyer Pre-Commissioning Unit (PCU) Paul Ignatius (DDG 117), directs the operation of the boat davit to launch a rigid-hull inflatable boat (RIB) during the ship's first boat operations.
