CAMP ARIFJAN, Kuwait – Lieutenant Gen. Terry Ferrell, commanding general, U.S. Army Central (USARCENT), tours a living area on Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, to observe damage from November 2018 flooding there, April 9, 2019. Ferrell visited the living area to see flood mitigation efforts and to address quality of life for service members living there.
