Soldiers of the Indiana National Guard's 438th Chemical Company and Army soldiers of the Czech Republic train side by side during Toxic Lance 2019. Toxic Lance is a two week national exercise utilizing real-world chemical warfare agents with the aim of training appropriate interoperability of small multifunctional CBRN units. The State Partnership Program continues to evolve to meet Combatant Commanders’ security cooperation objectives and U.S. national security goals while maintaining relationships with some of our staunchest allies and partners in every corner of the world. With regular collaboration, Indiana is invested in its international partners and plans to only increase in future exchanges and engagements.
