U.S. Marines assigned to the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit alongside Royal Thai Marines provide security for two CH-46E Sea Knight helicopters during a non-combatant evacuation operation the Rayong bus station, Kingdom of Thailand, Feb. 12, 2012. The NEO is being conducted as a part of the multi-lateral training exercise Cobra Gold 2012. Cobra Gold 2012 demonstrates the resolve of the U.S. and participating nations to increase interoperability & promote security and peace throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
