Chief Builder Christopher "Billy" Knox, a native of Chapin, Ill., and a member of the Navy Misawa Snow Sculpture Team, offers high-fives to local school children during the 63rd Annual Sapporo Snow Festival. Knox, and his team, traveled from Naval Air Facility Misawa to Sapporo in order represent the base during the festival, and to build its annual snow sculpture submission. This is the 29th year Navy Misawa has sent a team to take part in this festival.
