Cmdr. Ron Steiner, Commander U.S. 7th Fleet public affairs officer, presents a ship tour photo to Motoi Orikasa and his family prior to their departure from the U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge. The Orikasa family visited crew members on board Blue Ridge to show their appreciation and gratitude for helping locate their families missing boat during Operation Tomodachi. Blue Ridge and embarked U.S. 7th Fleet staff are in Tomakomai for a port visit and to participate in the 63rd Sapporo Snow Festival.
