    A sailboat has capsized or sunk in open, shallow water, with only the mast, rigging, and a small portion of the hull/deck visible above the waterline. The boat appears to be partially submerged, with the mast still standing nearly vertical and the boom visible near the waterline. A small wind generator is also visible, still attached to the stern of the vessel.

    The crew of Coast Guard Cutter Skipjack rescues two people from a sailboat that was sinking in the Gulf of Mexico, approximately 20 miles south of Venice, Louisiana, March 20, 2019. The cutter crew arrived on scene at 8:56 a.m., rescued the two people and transported them to Coast Guard Station Venice in stable condition.
