Armed Services Blood Program Phlebotomist Tracey Toomer, places a dressing on 1st Lt. Shelbea Treanor’s arm after Treanor donated blood to the Armed Services Blood Program. Treanor, assigned to 1st Squadron, 32nd Cavalry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division, was one of many participants who supported the ASBP blood drive last December.
