(Jan. 23, 2019) Alfred Gonzalez, Jr., U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFF) N1, left center, discusses progress and ongoing work for Ready, Relevant Learning (RRL) with members of the RRL Executive Steering Committee (ESC) during the group’s latest meeting at Naval Education and Training Command (NETC). Gonzalez and Rear Adm. Kyle Cozad, NETC commander, left, are co-leads for the ESC, which is responsible for integrating the individual efforts of stakeholders as RRL is implemented. RRL is part of Sailor 2025, the Navy's program to more effectively recruit, develop, manage, reward and retain the force of tomorrow.
