Terry Gardner, command sergeant major of the 4th Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), 25th Infantry Division, Task Force Spartan, from Chicago, uncase their ‘colors’ as the brigade assumes responsibility from TF Duke. Task Force Spartan officially assumes responsibility as part of Regional Command-East.
