Over 110 Marines and families with Headquarters & Support Battalion, Marine Corps Installations East (MCIEAST), Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune volunteer to clean up and gather trash on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, N.C., Jan. 12, 2019. One group of Marines and volunteers began from the Main Gate and collected litter along Holcomb Blvd., while another group started from the Wilson Gate and collected litter along Wilson Blvd. “We are here to set the example. All the trash and debris needs to be picked up, so the Marines here are going to take ownership and help what’s happening on Camp Lejeune”, said by Sgt. Maj. Bobby D.
