I met Troy after he greeted the cashier at the BX with a smile and asked if she wanted Tacos for lunch. His positive personality drew me in to know a little bit more about what he does and why. After the interview, he also invited me out for tacos and drove away smiling.
“Ultimately, the things that I love to do out here is to provide a good positive atmosphere. Being a service provider in the security industry, I want to provide more than just a safety aspect of things, but also provide a better day for everybody else as well. Having a good positive outlook on everything, showing up with a smile on my face, allows me to spread the joy and spread the smiles. It's just been a dream to work here. All the amazing people I have been able to interact with and work alongside with has been a great opportunity.”
