Personnel from the 502nd Logistics Readiness Squadron, along with aircrew from the 39th Airlift Squadron, Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, load military cargo on to a C-130J Super Hercules, in support of Operation Faithful Patriot, Nov. 2, 2018, at Kelly Field, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas. Operation Faithful Patriot is a mission where the DOD will deploy more than 5,000 active-duty personnel to aid the Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Customs and Border Protection to harden the southern border.
