Republic of Korea Ambassador Shin Kak Soo is greeted by Col. James G. Flynn during a visit to Marine Corps Air Station Futenma Nov. 2. The visit was meant to familiarize Soo with Marine operations on Okinawa and strengthen the relationship between the U.S. and Republic of Korea. Soo is the Republic of Korea's ambassador to Japan, and Flynn is the commanding officer of MCAS Futenma.
