Staff Sgt. Michael Rosier, unmanned aerial vehicle maintainer assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 37th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, gives instruction to Spc. Jeffrey Smith, UAV maintainer also assigned to 37th IBCT, and Col. James Perry, 37th IBCT brigade commander, in preparation for the Shadow 200 UAV's training flight at Camp Shelby Joint Forces Training Center, Miss., Nov. 5, 2011. The UAV will be used by the 37th IBCT during their upcoming deployment to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
