Joe Ulloth, U.S. Army Sustainment Command, applauds Vietnam Veterans of America Quad Cities Chapter 299 members after they presented the colors at the Birdies for the Brave charity event held at TPC Deere Run in Silvis, Illinois, Oct. 22. Ulloth served as the keynote speaker, and more than 25 Soldiers from Rock Island Arsenal, Illinois, were invited to participate.
