Combined Task Force (CTF) 158 command and control center, afloat forward staging base known as Ocean 6, and CTF 59 discuss ways to resolve an oil spill. CTF 158, CTF 59, along with Commander Navy Region Southwest Asia, and Iraq's Southern Oil Company held the 'tabletop' exercise to better help current and future leadership manage personnel and security in the event an incident occurred on Iraq's Kwar Al Amaya and Al Basrah Oil Terminals.
