Jim Hill, a resident of The Landings, a private residential and golf community on Skidaway Island, Ga., whose community donates money to help soldiers in need, looks through a spotting scope, Oct. 25, at an interactive static display in the motor pool of 1st Battalion, 76th Field Artillery Regiment, 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division on Fort Stewart, Ga., while his wife, Ginger, looks on. Sgt. Robert Thompson, a Washington, D.C. native, and an infantryman with Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 3rd Battalion, 7th Infantry Regiment, 4th IBCT, helped the couple spot a soldier hiding in the boundary woods outside of the motor pool.
