Lt. j.g. Jacob Mello performs a final check on Petty Officer 1st Class Michael Dillon before he dives to re-qualify with the MK-16 MOD 1 underwater breathing apparatus. Both Mello and Dillon are assigned to Commander, Task Group 56.1, which provides mine countermeasure, salvage diving, anti-terrorism and force protection for the U.S. 5th Fleet.
