Nearly 50 suppliers attended a free Training, Knowledge and Opportunities class hosted by the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime Sept. 12 at the Defense Supply Center Columbus. The class is offered several times throughout the year by DLA Land and Maritime’s Small Business Office and teaches suppliers how to be successful in federal government contracting. Suppliers heard from nearly two dozen experts on all aspects of working with DLA and learned about updates and changes to regulations that could impact them as they pursue contracts.
