The crew of a Coast Guard Boat Forces St. Thomas 33 Special Purpose Craft - Law Enforcement patrols the West Gregerie Channel in St. Thomas U.S. Virgin Islands Aug. 31, 2018. The patrol was part of Operation PAX Defender a major coordinated effort which took place during Labor Day weekend throughout the Coast Guard's 7th District's area of responsibility, including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, to crack down on illegal passenger charters.
