PANAMA CITY, Florida – Ten engineers from Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) are kicking off a career advancement journey through a collaborative, inaugural degree program at a local university. NSWC PCD, along with the Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering of the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University-Florida State University (FSU) College of Engineering at Tallahassee and the FSU Panama City campus have collaborated to introduce a Master of Science in Systems Engineering program.
